Uzzapp does not own, operate, lease, or manage any EV chargers, charging locations, parking spaces, or vehicles. All listings on the platform are independently provided by third-party hosts, who are solely responsible for their charging stations and services.

3. No Liability for Charging Services or Locations
Uzzapp does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the safety, functionality, availability, or legality of any charging locations listed on the platform. Hosts are entirely responsible for ensuring their charging facilities comply with local regulations and safety standards. Users acknowledge that Uzzapp bears no liability for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from the use of a listed charging station or related facilities.

4. Financial Transactions and Commission Structure
All financial transactions on the platform occur directly between hosts and users. Uzzapp does not hold, process, or manage funds on behalf of users but may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors. Uzzapp takes a commission of 8% on successful transactions after the initial six-month commission-free period. Users acknowledge that Uzzapp is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or transaction issues.

5. User Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their chargers are functional, safe, and accurately listed on Uzzapp.

EV drivers are responsible for verifying the suitability of a charger before use.

Users must comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, and property usage restrictions when booking or providing a charge point.

6. Third-Party Services and Links
Uzzapp may include links to third-party websites or services. Uzzapp has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzzapp, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, personal injury, property damage, or system failures related to EV charging services obtained through Uzzapp.

By using Uzzapp, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uzzapp, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform, your charging station, or any disputes with other users.
